When ‘beauty and fashion’ collide, there’s a new trend for trends
Fashion is not just about making clothes.
It’s about design, too.
That’s the message that the designers and stylists behind the latest trend for fashion trends are sending out to their followers.
The idea is to bring people together for the fashion and design of the future.
“Beauty and Fashion is a term that I think is pretty much lost,” said Kristina Pazos, an associate professor of communication at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Pazas is also the co-director of the fashion design program at The New School for Design.
“The term beauty and fashion refers to a way of thinking about how people should dress, and we want to create that in a way that is empowering and meaningful.”
For Pazs, fashion is more than a dress code.
“It’s about the way you feel when you wear your clothing,” she said.
“What do you want in your wardrobe?
What do you care about in your outfit?
It’s not just a physical thing.”
The new trend has its roots in a 2014 TED talk by Pazes and her students.
The conversation was about a woman named Lauren Duca.
“I think she said, ‘You know what?
I really do like a little bit of drama in my wardrobe,’ ” Pazies said.
Duca is an entrepreneur and entrepreneur educator who has been working on creating a more inclusive and inclusive society.
She said her inspiration for the new trend came from a conversation she had with her husband, David, a former fashion designer.
“He was talking about how when he was designing for Louis Vuitton, they were always making the dresses and everything in their wardrobe were not fitting with their aesthetic, but I thought, ‘Well, maybe we should make something that’s actually good for me,'” Pazers said.
That’s when the duo realized that if they were to make a dress that made you feel like a star, they would be making a fashion statement.
So, they came up with the idea of a new style, one that was more tailored to a man.
“We made the first thing in the line that we called the Bikini Dress, which is basically a very minimal bikini dress that we made in our spare time,” Pazks said.
The result is the “Bikini Dress 2.0.”
“The goal is to really take a look at the fashion world and to make sure that women feel like they are empowered and that they can express themselves,” Prazos said.
In the last year, Pazzes and Ducas have developed a new design concept called the “Beauty-Carrying Suit.”
The suit is a simple, sleek piece of fabric that’s designed to be worn by women who are interested in sportswear.
The company launched a Kickstarter campaign last year to raise $1 million in order to create the suit.
The project raised more than $1.5 million, and they’re now ready to move forward with the design.
“The project was a lot of fun, but it was also challenging,” Ducas said.
Pazos said that although they initially envisioned it as a fashion trend, the designers quickly realized that it could be applied to any body type.
For example, she said that in order for a woman to look like a supermodel, she would need to wear a size 32 or 34, while a man would need a size 24.
“I think that the concept of the Beauty-Caring Suit is about a different way of looking at body type,” she added.
The new concept is a bit more complicated than a typical bikini suit, however.
The new Bikini Suit is designed to complement a wider range of body types, from the curvaceous to the curvy.
Prazs said that the company is now working on ways to add more options for women who want to add a bit of dimension to their clothing.
For instance, there are also options for men who want a little more leggy-looking or even a bit bigger in the waist.
For Prazys, the company believes that by combining fashion with social media, the new trends are changing the way women are thinking about fashion.
“Social media is like the engine that makes this happen,” Prosas said, adding that fashion is now the platform that connects people and inspires them.
“We are in the midst of an incredible shift in our culture, and the beauty and clothing industry is the engine of that shift,” Pzias said.
